I'm a Senior Manager of Product design with over 17 years of hands-on experience including 7 years of leading teams. My UX journey began in junior high—my first website was a fan site for the Backstreet Boys. What started as a hobby quickly became a lifelong passion, and over time, I’ve grown from a hands-on designer into a strategic leader who aligns design with business goals.

At my core, I bring two key strengths to the table: First, strategic design leadership. I’ve led initiatives at Blend to reimagine our suite of consumer banking products through design-thinking workshops, usability testing, and customer collaboration. These initiatives were identified at intersection of business goals, customer pain points, and market landscape. As a result we decreased manual input by 84% for our deposit account application.

Secondly, I’m a collaborative and compassionate people leader. I build trust across teams, mentor with intention, and create environments where designers can thrive while staying deeply aligned with cross-functional partners.
